Meet E. Virginia Miller Caballaro

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have been serving the mental health needs of the Houston community for two decades. For the past ten years, I have specialized in individual therapy, family therapy, and parenting work, working with people of all ages. Beyond counseling, I also work as a Coach, providing guidance to teenagers and adults seeking to establish healthy routines and develop new patterns.

I am a firm believer in the adage, “Do what you love and you will never work a day in your life!” and I am fortunate enough to have a profession that I truly love. It is an honor to earn the trust of my clients and provide a safe space for them to share their vulnerabilities.

Why therapy

Therapy is important for everyone. It provides a safe and supportive environment to address emotional and mental health issues. Just like how we go to a doctor for physical health concerns, therapy helps us take care of our mental health. Therapy can help us understand our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors better, and give us tools to manage them in a healthy way. It can also help us improve our relationships with others and increase our overall well-being. Essentially, therapy can be a valuable resource for anyone who wants to live a happier and healthier life.
